Exchange

Ordered the wrong size or shade? We'll happily exchange it within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unopened or only gently used and in its original packaging.

1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for.
2. We'll confirm availability and arrange the return pickup with you.
3. Once we receive your original item, we ship the replacement right away.

If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference in cash when the replacement arrives. If it costs less, we'll arrange the refund with you directly.
